FAQ
Are there any upfront costs to have an estate sale?
None! We fully cover the cost to prepare, market, and conduct the sale.
How do shoppers find your estate sales?
All sales are listed on estatesales.NET, the premier and most trafficked website for estate sale listings. Sales are also shared via email and social media sites. Directional signage is placed at nearby intersections and along the roadside on the mornings of sale days. This is to aid shoppers finding the sale and advertises the sale to the local community.
When can I expect to be paid after the sale?
Within 7 days! We strive to quickly deliver our clients their check and sales summary report by hand or mail.
Can I have an estate sale if I am just moving, or I just need to get rid of everything?
Yes. Especially if there is a residence, buildings, barns, studio, and/or shop workspaces that are full of items to be liquidated.
What should I do before the sale?
Remove all personal items, such as mail, photographs, documents, and things you would like to keep. While setting up, we will collect and box up any found personal items. If needed, a closet or room can be blocked off during the sale to store these items. Please be cautious and refrain from throwing away or donating items before the sale. Bath linens, cleaning supplies, wrapping paper, office supplies, potted plants, pasta sauce jars filled with nails and screws, old junk, and all sorts of items have value and can be sold at estate sales.
